- Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Ford Maverick vehicles equipped with Connected Touch Radios (CTR). The rearview camera image may freeze when the vehicle is in reverse.
- Actions
- Dealers will update the Connected Touch Radio (CTR) software, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed September 27, 2024. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 24S59.
