Windows should all go down when unlock button is pressed on the key fob; this is called "Global" by Ford techs. One day only the drivers side went down, when the memory seat button was pushed, nothing happened. Controls on seat let me move the seat to my position, so they still work. When I went to turn on Electronic Climate control, it would not come on and neither would the audio system. Since the 12V battery was 5 yo, we made an appointment at the dealership for a new battery. Car was fine when we first got it back, but problem is happening (intermittently) again. Ford wants $130/hr to diagnose problem.
