on april 11 2017 I parked my car in downtown amman. when I came back the dash displayed error messages 1-steetring assist not available 2-uphill assist not available 3-advanctrac service I had no power steering and I had to drive the car to the nearest ford dealer which luckily was a mile away When I got there they told me they had to do a test which costs $60 I did my own Investigation Found There Was A recall for this problem. I contacted the dealer and told them about the recall. they told me they knew about it and the recall was done on my car on July 25 2015 Then told me the steering Assembly had to be changed which costs $1600. What the hill is wrong with ford company. They expect me to pay for this costly repair out of my own pocket when it was supposed to be done by them to start with.
