Some 2019 Ranger and Fusion vehicles may exhibit a symptom of the climate control features missing on the touchscreen after updating the SYNC software. To correct this condition, reflash the SYNC module with the latest software using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool and Workshop Manual, Section 415-00 > General Procedures > SYNC Module Programming.
