I've mentioned to dealer each time I have had serviced (7 Times) and they state its okay. I explained that when traveling, I've had rentals of that same model and they are much quieter. I've always been a Ford person, but this time, I'm thinking foreign since no satisfaction. They could have at least offered trade up at good price.
