Was charging my car at my office for the last 2 years. Received notice that my car was not charging and it was waiting to charge. I checked to see if the settings had gotten changed for my charging time. It was not changed. So I went out to my car to see what the problem was and found that the cover on the outlet was blown open, the cord around the plug-in to the electrical outlet was torn apart and the outlet was black, hot and smelled like smoke. The outlet is ruined and needs replaced.
