Today, my daughter with other daughter in the passenger seat was driving the car in the city and suddenly they noticed the passenger side door is not locked/closed. They were pretty sure that the closed the door before starting the drive. So the door latch got open by itself during driving. Luckily they were not driving fast. The tried to close the door but it did not close/latch.
I looked at the internet and found out that there were quite a few Ford cars had the same problem and were recalled.
So I want to report this problem with Ford Energy 2013. If it happened to other Ford Fusion then it may be an issue with this car also. It could happen to other doors also.
Please report this to Car Safety Authority and have Ford pay for the fix.
Thanks.
