While under power, car stalled with dash saying "full accessory power active". Put it in park and car started up. Dealer said to call Ford and Ford said to have dealer check 18L02 recall. Dealer said that was only for California so they could not do anything for me. If this happens in the wrong spot it could be very dangerous. I thought I put all these type of problems behind me by going into debt for a new car, but I guess not.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport 2.7L v6 Twin turbo with 6 speed automatic transmission.

When I was going up the hill on my street I was coasting to a stop and the car didn't make it up enough to see past the trees so I gave it a little more gas. While it was still rolling forward at around 2 mph and the engine turned off and the car said it was in accessory mode. It started to roll back very fast before I even realized what was happening. If someone was behind me I would have probably smashed into them.

This is very scary and dangerous. I was lucky I wasn't pulling onto the highway I could have been killed. I'm scared to drive now. This car may kill me. I want Ford to buy back the car in full. The car is only 3 weeks old... I will buy back the car I traded in. I had several issues with my old car but it never put me in a situation that was life threatening.
