The contact owns a 2017 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, he noticed oil on top of the hood. The contact who works as an independent mechanic stated that the turbo charger leaked oil onto the engine. The contact called family Ford (170 york rd, carlisle, pa 17013, (717) 249-2215) however, the vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted however no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 78,000.
