Whenever I enter my vehicle after unlocking the door, there is a buzzing sound coming from the shifter dial. It will continue buzzing until I either start the vehicle or it even stops buzzing when I touch it. When I touch it, it will make a single click sound like its locking back in place then acts as normal. I have looked online everywhere and all I see on the issue is that a low battery can cause the issue. My battery is in great health so I can't see that being the issue.
