"service" reported "all working properly", 9/14/17 20000? "service" "I checked it against the GPS on my phone, drove down the road, and the mileage matched. All working properly". 12/2/17: mileage 27000? "service" reported "all working properly". I have never tallied such ridiculous mileage, double any year, after driving for decades. COMPUTER SOFTWARE DEFECTIVE. A base computer is defective, effecting numerous systems. Levittown ny ford "service" plugs into computer, and reads a screen which states "all working properly", then reports to me "all working properly". That is the extent of their knowledge of the fusion sport. How does a defective computer know its defective? The levittown ny "service" dept does not even know how ignorant they are, because "all working properly".
Update from Jan 1, 2018: 11/30/2016:picked up "new" car. I would unlock the door via key remote, go to open door, car would lock on own prior to opening door, and/or I would open back door, and then whole car would lock on its own. Levittown ford "service" reported: "all working properly". This stopped happening for 3 months, only to return again on its own.
