I purchased my Ford Fusion from LASCO FORD, Fenton, MI. It was sold as a FORD CPO vehicle, which GUARANTEES that my car has passed certain tests. At the top of the CPO document it states that all defects have been "replaced or repaired". I have discovered that mine doesn't meet those standards. My car was in a rear-end accident prior to me purchasing it. That program GUARANTEES that Only Genuine Ford Parts are on my vehicle, however, the rear of the car is NOT Ford Paint! There is not metallic in the color. It has dirt in the paint, is full of scratches, pit marks, rust spots, and even a couple of places that have no paint at all. Since the Ford CPO Program GUARANTEES that it is Ford Genuine Paint, the rear-end and under trunk lid need to get repainted.
