I purchased a Ford CPO Fusion from LASCO FORD, Fenton, MI. Ford GUARANTEES that these cars have passed certain standards. It states that defects have been, "replaced or repaired." Mine were not and dealer is refusing to make good on this guarantee. Ford Motor Co said to let another dealer do the warranty work. That DOES NOT fix the problem because it is NOT warranty work! It is a violation of the Ford CPO Program. Ford CPO GUARANTEES that any damage was replaced with genuine Ford parts, however, my car had been in a rear-end accident prior to me purchasing it. The rear back bumper cover does not fit like other Fusions. There is a gap where the rear bumper panel attached to the rest of the car on both sides. There are places that bulge leaving small bumps in the body. There is NO WAY that rear bumper cover was replaced with Genuine Ford Parts like the Ford CPO says it was!
