All of a sudden I got into my car after work and my sync wasn’t working. I called the c/o and they told me to disconnect from the battery for 15 minutes and reconnect. This worked - however, 3 days later I was having the same issue. This time I was told to call the dealership after finding out there are no recent updates for sync. I called the dealership and they told me it would cost 160.00 just for a diagnostic. I bought my card brand new and shouldn’t have this issue less than 3 years later.
