Brand new car - half of the buttons did not work properly. You either had to push it really hard for them to work or they got stuck and needed to be manually pulled back by simply pressing them (not hard). Ford Service replaced all center console to touch panel (no actual buttons only touch sensors) and replaced buttons on the steering wheel. Although, Ford Service drilled a hole in my steering wheel in order to replace these buttons and simply said there is no way to replace the buttons without drilling a hole in a steering wheel. Look at the picture. Will never buy Ford again. Service is horrible. (Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas).
