Well I had no idea that this would require keeping a written log on the 3 trips to different Ford dealers. Last two stops the dealer replaced a broken spark plug, that's two different spark plugs. The first dealer did nothing, second replaced one spark plug, the 3rd also just replaced one until I asked don't you think since you have "NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE" you would automatically change all 4 so they did. Well it continued to tick and run rough. Now the car is sitting in driveway, going back to maybe a different Ford dealer in Ft Myers.
My question is, if this car needs to have the engine replaced with only 6000 miles and only had it 3 months, due to the dealer service dept not tightening the cap on the oil pan, should I push for another vehicle? Am I looking at further headaches and financial cost?
