Coolant leaked into engine and now the engine needs to be replaced. Dealer quoted $8300. This seems to be a wider problem. I bought my car new, serviced it as needed, always took it in for recall repairs, but I was never advised about the potential engine issues. Of course, it's out of warranty. I'm very disappointed in Ford.
