First, car had only 16,000 miles on it but is 6 years old now. Garage kept most of the time since new. No accidents or other damages. Center Console along with all controls on the driver door quit working suddenly. So, No AC, No window control, can't roll them up or down. No Door Lock control to lock or unlock unless you use the remote, the work with the remote function. No Radio or any function in the center console. Everything quits at once.
Others have reported this same issue on low mile cars. I need a solution. Last time it went out it was 103* near Sacramento and my wife and I had to drive 100 miles. No AC, could not lower windows, it was hot as blazes. About 1/2 hour later we hit a small bump in the road and everything turned back on like there had never been a problem. I notice that adjusting my seat will sometimes cause this problem to start. It has happened about 10 times now. Ford says it is not their problem because my warranty is timed out based on 6 year old car. Offered ZERO help, great customer satisfaction program FORD.
