Engine and Transmission shutters when shifting into and out of Neutral, Engine speed drops to 400-500 RPM before Jumping up to 800 RPM. Its like the car almost stalls out when you shift into Neutral. When shifting from Neutral into Drive and then pressing the accelerator to drive forward the transmission hesitates like the clutch is slipping before the car starts to accelerate correctly. It only displays this odd take off if you shift into neutral prior to selecting drive. If only shifting from Park to Drive or Reverse to Drive the transmission engages smoothly and accelerates properly.
