I searched for any complaints on this issue on the net and saw that someone posted the same issue with the car. When the gas tank is full to about 60% full, the car makes a vibration sound, particularly at idle. This is consistent with what the other poster wrote.
Other than being startling and annoying, should it "just be that", my concern is that it will wear the exhaust system parts in a way that becomes dangerous.
