Car Idles very rough when AC is on. There is a significant 200 RPM decrease when the AC compressor activates. When the engine Idle speed decreases the vibrations felt through the car. The vibrations are enough to cause large ripples in a bottle of water in a cup holder (think Jurassic park one when the T-Rex approaches). I am not an expert but it feels like the flywheel is out of balance or the engine computer is holding the idle speed too low when the AC is on.

I took the car to a dealer to see if this was a know issue and they essentially told me that "...they all do that" My service receipt states "Customer states bad engine vibration felt when AC is on. Motor seems loud at same time. CNV any Abnormal Vibrations -No TSB. Compared to like car and was same" However I regularly drive a 2009 Ford Fusion owned by my employer with the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it does not have the same issue. Granted it's an earlier generation but it has the same engine and transmission. If this was a characteristic of the 2.5L engine in general, both vehicles would have the same vibration issues.
