The Ford place said all of the brake slipping, roaring and overall bad steering, would get better if I would buy new tires and brakes. That is what I did and it didn't change a thing. I'm still unhappy paying for a broken car.

I have owned many vehicles. I used to be an auto designer. I have never heard of a vehicle needing new brakes and rotors on the rear at 17000 miles. The front brakes are just fine. This makes no sense at all! I do believe they have a defect problem!!!

I started hearing a loud grinding noise coming from my back passenger tire. I brought it the dealer Toms Ford , Keyport NJ and they said its normal wear and tear basically. They didn't even take the brakes off and check the rotor, caliper, pistons or pressure. They said it would cost me $317.00 to have my brakes done. My husband took the brakes off, and the was NO pad on one of them. The pin seems to be stuck. We believe it is a defective caliper. I am covered under warranty for a defective caliper. I am never buying a Ford car again, which is quite said because I have had a Ford brand vehicle since I've been 17 years old.I know it is Fords design, but the dealership should've checked and tested it better.
