so many times when using the touch screen to adjust the climate controls or radio station or anything for that matter a light touch also turns on something else or changes something . most common for me it seems is i turn on the seat warmer. so i have the air going and my seat is heating up and if i don't notice it i wonder why the car isn't cooling.
It is easy to inadvertently turn on max cool or rear defrost or so many other things on the touch pad because it is too sensitive and too close together.
