There is a known defect and recall of 2014 Ford Fusions for defective door latches. My door latch broke while driving. My VIN is not part of the recall. Ford fixed the door latch but won't honor the recall and replace the other door latches. It took several days and calls to Ford Motor Company and a complaint to NHSTA to get reimbursed for the repair of the broken door latch. I have yet to see the reimbursement.
I want the other door latches replaced.
