strong odor/formaldehyde/tvoc
I am only one of thousands customers who face the same problems In China. When I go into my car i can smell pungent odor especially in summer. The detector show HCHO and TVOC all exceed the limited. Will get a headache every long distance drive, the strong odor not only afftect our health but also safety dirving specially in high way. We can not solve the promblem with the China local customer relationship center even many local media report the problem. We also complaint to the Ford HQ in USA. the Ford north America crc put it back to irresponsible local crc.why the Ford HQ can not manage the vehicle quality? why they can not give pressure to chinese manufactory?
