CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 Fusion doesn’t have the same track record of power steering failure as the previous 3 model years. Of course, those owners said their steering failed at 60k–100k miles. So this appears to be a classic "wait and see" scenario.
In the meantime, there’s plenty of interior accessory problems to complain about. By themselves, each is a barely a blip on the radar. But combined, they give you that feeling of what the hell have I gotten myself into?

I took my fusion in on several ocasions and the ford dealership could not find out why my ac was not getting cold.when they contacted me about the survey i took it back in. I reminded them that my car had more than one issue one being it was blowing hot air and two it would tuen it self on randomly where i was driving. They told it was theac compressor. I had to put myself further in debt by getting a loan to pay for the repairs. 940.05 and just 2 days after i pick it up for that problem its back ( see my other complait) long story short, i dont believe it was my compressor at all. I believe they tried to find quickest fix to make my ac get cold and didnt bother to check the wiring.
