Takata recall. I have reported this before, yet nothing has been done. I am voluntarily turning the car in since they don't want to fix it. They have had almost a year to fix it and have done nothing. There has been no accident with the car. The bag has not deployed. Can not put in a date as nothing has happened yet.

Received notice of recall March 2017. Contacted world Ford pensacola in May 2017, July 2017 and September 2017. I am always told that I have been placed on a waiting list. This is a very serious recall, due to being in high humidity area and having a takata air bag.
Ford worked on my Ford Fusion 2012 repaired air conditioner on July 7, 2017, but air went out again on September 6, 2017. Ford dealer refuse to fix the reoccurring problem. In addition, there is a recall on the airbag, but Ford refuses to fix the defected air bag. There is a possibility that the air bag may explode causing injury. While driving I can smell a burnt odor was coming from the air bag. Took vehicle to change the airbag on Sept 6, 2017, but Ford refused to fix the defected air bag, and would not give me a loaner vehicle.
