CarComplaints.com Notes: Power steering problems started rearing their ugly head in the 2010 Fusion, so you'd think Ford had plenty of time to make sure those problems didn't creep into the 2012. But here we are.
The battery died. We charged it and when we turned the car on, the stereo and the lighter charger were not working. Got a new battery and the problem is still there. Checked all the fuses and they are all good.
Took to AutoZone to have battery checked and it was no good. Had to replace battery... This is now the 4th battery this 2012 car has gone through with the same bad negitive post issue draining battery.
Ford would not replace the battery that was just put in the car on 12/3/14, they wanted me to pay for a new battery. This is now the 3rd battery that my car has gone through with the same issue. Ford still does not think there is a problem
