Transmission problem complaint #2 for the "software update" problem that actually still isn't a software issue because that is a "point the real problem somewhere else and hope consumer just gets tired of calling...and taking the car 45 mins from our house.....and leaving the car there ...and getting a terrible rental car for who knows how long but ford only covers 2 weeks..."
My car had had a smell of antifreeze smell from almost the very beginning and when the air conditioner is on it's shifts hard, a clunk noise. Had them look at it and they say when they hook it up to their machines that they can't get it to register anything. What happened to taking cars for a drive to see if it would do it while your actually driving it....annoyed because now it's getting to the end of the 3yr/36,000 mile warranty period and watch something will go out and then I will be upset!!
