The first thing that jumps out is the ridiculous amount of power steering complaints. It grinds, it squeals, and it eventually just fails.

And if losing power steering isn’t enough for you, how about a sudden loss of engine power? That combination is enough to achieve clunker status.

Takata recall there has been a recall on my airbags for a year and a half. Ford still has not given new airbags or materials to the dealerships to be able to fix this issue. These airbags are an extreme safety hazard, so I cannot understand why it would take this long for Ford to fix the problem. I feel like it's just a death wish waiting to happen.

Takata recall, none of the Ford dealers have these air bags in stock to change it out. If you know this recall has been issued since Jun 2016 and you still have not provided customers with a rememdy that very well could result in death or serious bodily injury this is not the way to do business we purchase these vehicle in good faith in knowing if such things happen they would and will be rectified in a timely fashion.

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16V384000 (air bags). The parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer (legacy Ford, 27225 southwest fwy, rosenberg, tx 77471) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy until a year or two. The manufacturer was contacted at 800-392-3673 and stated that the parts would not be available for a year or two. A case number was not provided. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Takata recall. Received recall notice from Ford 18 months ago and still they will not repair my vehicle. I have called multiple times and the dealership claims that Ford corporation has not released any replacement parts to them so that repairs can be made. Ford of ventura is the dealership where we purchased the vehicle and have been calling about the recall notice. I don't know the issues that Ford has but my concern is for the safety of my family.

Takata recall. I have one vehicle and have a family, yet I cannot make full use of my Fusion because of the recall, and cannot get a time that the malfunction will be corrected. Why do I have to be without my family vehicle. Shouldn't I be able to get a free rental until the issue is resolved?

"takata recall" I received a recall notice in July 2016 and there is still not a remedy in place to fix this potentially fatal problem. Although I have suffered no injury yet, those of us waiting on a fix for this problem drive every day, praying that an accident doesn't occur, which could result in injury or death. Why is it taking so long to fix this problem?

Takata recall. I received a legal notice regarding subsidiaries of takata corporation filing chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. I checked the recall status of my vehicle. There is an active recall on my vehicle regarding the air bags, but a remedy is not available. I am filing this complaint as the manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner.
