The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. While traveling at any speed the contact noticed that the head rest was causing headaches and back pains due to the forward leaning position of the head rest. The current and failure mileages were 400. Updated 12/23/10 updated 01/04/11
The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion S. the contact stated that when the headrest were in their proper forward position, they would push the passengers heads forward and cause him to lean forward. The head rests were turned backwards to alleviate the pressure. The dealer advised the contact that they were unable to provide any assistance or repair the vehicle in order to correct the design of the headrest. The manufacturer was not contacted.
