CarComplaints.com Notes: Ford significantly updated the Fusion for the 2010 model year. We wish they hadn't
Throttle body issues have led to a ton of reports about a sudden deceleration and loss of power while driving. Ford issued a “customer satisfaction program” in March 2014 that, unsurprisingly, has left very few customers satisfied.
2010 is also the year we started seeing complaints about the power steering failing. Throttle and steering failure? Yeah, that’s why this is a clunker.

I bought a used car at Ramey's in Beckley, Wv. The salesman, by the name of Chris, said it could be fixed...fixed, i. his terms, make a quick sale....the problem!....there is a 1/4 inch crack where the airbag and dash meet on the passenger side. it's definetly a recall and needs attention and replaced, not a little bit of glue and paint...Really!
Update from Jun 5, 2014: I bought a used car at Ramey's in Beckley, Wv. The salesman, by the name of Christopher T. Ashley. Chris said the crack in the dash right in the area of the passenger air bag could be fixed and I could not see it. Wrong!...a little glue and paint does not fix a dash. Chris just wanted to make a quick sale with no intentions of satisfying my needs. The dash needs replaced as a recall problem.
