My 2009 Ford Fusion is ALWAYS kept locked. Overnight someone broke into my car, the alarm failed to go off. The thief stole my handicap placard. The thief got into my car by using some type of tool along the driver's side door. They jimmied the lock. What good is an alarm if it doesn't go off when someone breaks into the car???? It takes a doctors note and a long wait (about 2 months) to get a handicapped placard so this is a huge inconvenience. Ford has really let me down with this!!!!
