So I purchased this vehicle used and this issue has occurred the entire time I've owned the vehicle.
On the driver's side window controls, the front passenger window does not go down with the button but will go up. Also the rear passenger window will go down with the button but not go up. All of the other window buttons work correctly. Just the driver side buttons are weird.
