Last seven years we are doing regular services and repair from Ford Authorised Service Centre (Bhavna Ford Turbhe, Navi Mumbai). Recently we have done service and repair work on 3rd November as well as 6th November 2015 and on 6th december15, lots of smoke is coming from silencer as well engine side in mid of traffic road at Shivaji Nagar Road, Mumbai. We have sent our car to Ford Service Center and they are saying Rs.175000/- will be the cost to replace engine and they don't repair it.
This has very much disappointed me after so much care and regular maintenance, still my car engine failed.
Request Ford to resolve my issue with reasonable amount.
