2008 Ford Fusion brakes are sinking all the way down to the floor at 93K while in motion. I see a lot of complaints from others online, but no confirmation that Ford will take care of the matter or it being listed as a recall. Also the driver seat warmer does not work.
The contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving 30 mph, the heated seat light illuminated continuously and the driver's seat started to overheat and melt. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer to have it inspected and the dealer did not have an explanation of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and the current mileages were 26,000. The VIN was unavailable. Updated 5/21/12
