The contact called Lincoln of franklin at (615) 794-4585 (1129 murfreesboro rd, franklin, tn 37064) and was informed that the part was not available. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown. Parts distribution disconnect.
The contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the front and rear driver side and rear passenger side window regulators became inoperable. Moody's automotive (located at 219 w central ave, jamestown, tn 38556, (931) 879-4621) was contacted and an appointment was made to have the rear passenger side window regulator replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
