Heater core failed March 2011, replaced under extended warranty; 5 months & 14,000 miles later, in August, the heater core failed again, Ford denied warranty coverage, paid for fix myself; car radiator overflowed 25 miles after I picked up car from that repair; added water to car once or twice daily for weeks; tested by independent mechanics repeatedly with no answers; took it to ford dealership finally in February, this time less than 6 months & less than 12,000 miles, suggested heater core may have a leak; they replaced the radiator cap; no problems for 6 weeks then heater began leaking spectacularly, hard to use car because of antifreeze fumes & had to add as much as 5 quarts of water. Again Ford denied warranty coverage. Nor will they disconnect heater core.
