I have a 2007 Ford Fusion SE AWD which I purchased new from Ford. The problem started with he transfer case which went and had to be replaced because it was out of the 3 year 36K warranty. The next problem is the drive shaft now has to be replaced. I was told by the dealer that the sealed bearing are gone. I have never heard of a drive shaft failure but as I search the internet I see that both the transfer case and drive shaft appear to be an inherent problem with all of the AWD Fusion.
I own 2007 Fusion SE that has a vibration in front-end of vehicle when you accelerate quickly or wet pavement and the right front wheel grabs intermittently and on dry pavement it pulls extremely to the right and some timesone can lose control of vehicle if you aren't expecting this action to happen.
