Ford is incredibly cheap when they chose not to put in a threaded help hole to push off the old rotor. Borrowed a 7 ton puller from Autozone, and sprayed freeze off and let this sit overnight. 2 hours of beating on the driver side to get it off. Passenger side did not require near the effort.

My daughter bought this car 2 years ago in hopes to get her through college. This is it's 11th year in service and the last guy to work on the front brakes did not lube the caliper pins. The driver side rotor was worse than the passenger, but both of them were beyond reconditioning. After watching several Youtube videos, a common theme among all of them was how important it was to lubricate the caliper pins. 1 on each side was frozen solid in the bracket and the other pin was barely free. New pins (fine threaded bolts with 2 inches of smooth shaft) can be had for less than $5 a piece. 2 of them were in very bad condition, rust eaten beyond usable condition. Each caliper has 2 different sizes and lengths.

This was a 9 hour job for me. I used Never-seize on the hub / rotor so that whomever has to remove those rotors again, start to finish it'll be a 3 hour job.
