This is a beautiful car inside and out. I have a full extended warrenty on it 5 yrs are up this May 2011 - BUTT since from 3 yrs old it has had a Camshaft go bad, March 2010 the seat warmer died, not big deal but had to fix it, July 2010 the sub-frame cracked, Not covered under extended warrenty??? Gave me a TSB report from Ford knowning of this problem??? Oct 2010 the transmission went out, now April 2011 the sub frame crackling noises are doing the exact same thing. I bring it in the mechanic that fixed the subframe, he road in it and said its the same noise. They looked at it and said I "believe" it is the control arm. I said you believe or you know its the control arm. (only replaced the passenger side) Now been few days and still makes the noise (only when its hot outside) been very cold out. So I have to deal with this same BS. Now once it gets warm and drive it over 10 miles.
OK my boyfriend and I decided we will fix it or they will pay and fix it and we will get rid of it. If you have any other suggestions as how to deal with this problem car please let me know. HELP!
