After sitting overnight, the hood would pop up (be released).
i didn't pull the hood release lever (purposely or by accident), nor is it possible to release it remotely. The doors are locked and the windows completely rolled up. No one else has the keys to the vehicle. (so that pranks are ruled out...)
But "the next day" when i inspect the car before beginning the errands, job, etc, there it is: the hood was released.
This has happened a few days now. a few times, while driving, i would notice the hood was released... but it wasn't clear WHEN it was released (parked or while driving).
The embarassing part is when others (you're visiting) noticed it (especially the children ;-) )
