After I bought the car used, I noticed the dash around the defroster vent was warping and causing the vent to separate from the dash. It still works but it rattles against the windshield when driving and looks unsightly. The dash has also started to warp around the passenger air bag. I'm not sure whether or not it would impede the air bag in a crash, but it concerns me.
