WHEN I JUMPED THE CONNECTION FOR RELAY, THE COMPRESSOR WORKED JUST FINE, COOL AIR AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE CLUTCHES ARE ALWAYS FULLY ENGAGED. NO FUSES KNOWN FOR THE CLUTCH, JUST A RELAY. NOT THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR UNDER THE DASHBOARD, LOOKING THE CURRENT JUST NOT GO TO THE RELAY TO PUT ON. THE CONTROL WORKED AND LITTLE LIGHT GOES ON. WEIRD PROBLEM AND ANNOYING.

THIS CAR SEEM TO HAVE A TENDENCY WITH ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. SMART JUNCTION BOX BLOWN A YEAR AGO AND WAS REPLACED. SUSPECTING THIS PROBLEM AGAIN.

AMERICAN CAR MADE BY MAZDA NOT EXACTLY HAPPY WITH IT. PROBABLY LAST FORD EVER.

A/C died. Compressor problem. Was told it would be 7 hours of maintenance to repair because they would have to take the dash out and the part it needed cost about $50.

I bought this POS brand new in 2006 and it has been in the shop 5 times. 1 time key stuck in the ignition. 2 times for the A/C. while they were fixing my A/C they( Ford) broke my radio and had to replace that. Then my moon roof stopped working. had to replace that. Now its leaking oil.I'm hoping whatever is wrong its covered by the extended warranty they were gracious enough to give me. WTF am I supposed to do. I love my car. But the hell with ford!!!

When I went to use the air conditioning in my Ford Fusion at the start of 2008, it did not blow cold air. I took the car to the dealer where they indicated the a/c compressor had failed and had to be replaced. After two trips (the first time they did not completely reseal everything and all the freon escaped) the problem was fixed but at a cost of almost $800!
