The contact owns a 2006 Ford Freestyle. The contact stated when it rained the moon roof leaked water into the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer advised the contact to take the vehicle to a dealer for repairs but she would be responsible for the cost. A complaint was filed and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact owns a 2006 Ford Freestyle. He stated that there was a water leak coming from the sunroof into the back of the vehicle and the tire well. The water leak has caused rust and mold to the spare tire. The dealer was notified yet he has not received a response. No repairs were made to the vehicle. The failure and current mileages were 35,000.
