I have complained to BBB about Liberty Ford with this transmission issue, the crack in my windshield that was there when I got it. When I said something to them about it, I was told, "that was there before we got the car because if we had it done you wouldn't have been able to see the glue." The BBB didn't resolve the issue as far as I was concerned and I also alerted the Ford Motor Company. They didn't do anything either but tell me to call them, which I didn't do because I feel it will be a waste of my time. I have a friend who brought a Ford Explorer and her transmission went up months after purchasing it also. She reported it to Ford and they did not help her. Her words were "Ford does not stand behind their cars."
