I just had this car serviced and oil changed. No engine lights came on notifying any problems existed. The car litterally just shut off while driving on interstate. To be told the engine was shot at 52,K miles was crazy. Ford had my car for 6 weeks before it was ready. When they pulled the engine they broke the steering and AC. Upon pick up the car was not ready, there where lose bolts inside the engine hood they told me not to worry about. They put a bad compressor in the car so I sat for 5 hours while they replaced it. When I left the dealership and tried to get onto the highway the car would not accelerate past 55MPH and the RPM's revved to 5. I called the dealership. Their response was "oh if it has to do with our work you are covered. Now they are saying I never called to tell them and that it was nothing they did. No transmission light comes on. my heated seats don't work and the steering had to fixed by another dealer.
