I was driving and sudden loss of power. The automatic transmission torque converter went out. Found there's a recall for the type of vehicle I have, however; my VIN number is not listed. I spoke with the dealership, and Ford customer relations center stating the same thing." Your vehicle does not have any open recalls and regardless, it's the same type and year of the vehicle that are listed for recall, your's not listed." I have to pay for the torque converter due to Ford manufacture did not assemble the vehicle correctly.
As a veteran I served my country so businesses can make a profit and honor their products, not for them to take an advantage of individual citizens.
