This is the 2nd ford vehicle that we've taken in to " Orchid Isle Ford" for one problem. Go to pickup our car,and we are told that something else need's to be fixed. In 2008, we had to take our 2000 ford excursion in for the brakes. Yes, they fixed the problem. As soon as we go to pick it up, now there's an oil leak. Never did leak before. Now we took in our 2005 ford freestyle for the transmission, yesterday, 04/03/2013. Paid $4,530.00 for a new trans & $1046.67 to have it installed. Go to pick it up, now the a/c is making a loud knocking sound. Up to now, we haven't had any problem's with it before. My wife drove it home only to experienced the car taking off, like it had a mind of it's own. Aloha
