CarComplaints.com Notes: The Freestar was introduced in 2004, but it was essentially just a rebranded Windstar. While there was a redesign of the interior and exterior, the Freestar still inherited some of the design flaws of its predecessor.
1st, Ford does not care!! customer relations is non existent. You would think that they would have the sense to try and save a loyal customer by checking their customers buying habit. Regrettably I have been loyal to Ford, no longer!!!! I have a Freestar that was built in 12/2003 not covered under recall by 4 months. identical problems like the Windstar. I'm done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
